Your implementation portal

Your plan, live — not in a slide deck.

From kickoff, every customer has their own implementation portal: the plan per country, what gets set up, who owns each task, and every change logged. Your people log in with their own link.

The plan

One shared setup, then a wave per country.

Plan
The timeline in the implementation portal: seven phases from kickoff to hypercare, a wave each for Denmark, Sweden and Norway, a dashed line for today, and a milestone that has slipped in orange1234
  1. 1Training is a phase of its own.
  2. 2A wave per country or company.
  3. 3The dashed line is today.
  4. 4A slip shows the day it happens.

Setup

The right people in the right roles, from day one.

Setup
Step 1 of the Komma setup for the example customer: the steps per company, then the contacts with names, titles, e-mail, phone, roles and status, and a check that every key role has a name123
  1. 1The same steps for every company.
  2. 2Real people, with roles and contact details.
  3. 3Komma checks that every key role has a name.

Migration & integrations

Every migration and integration has an owner and a date.

Tasks
Denmark’s company card in the implementation portal: seven milestones from landscape to go-live, then the Zenegy integration and the Emply People, Emply Recruit and Planday migrations, each with an owner, what is missing, progress and a contact on the other side1234
  1. 1Seven milestones for every company.
  2. 2Every task has an owner.
  3. 3What is missing, and by when.
  4. 4And who is on the other side.

Activity

Every change logged: who, when, and from what to what.

Activity
The activity log: each change with the time, who made it, and the value before and after123
  1. 1You and Komma, in one log.
  2. 2The value before, and after.
  3. 3Download it as CSV or PDF.

Migration

Migration from your previous HR system.

Employees, contracts, documents and absence balances come across country by country — checked before they load, and signed off against the source after.

Kommaone employee record
  1. ExtractYour data goes into our data template, one sheet per kind of record.
  2. MapEach person gets a department, a job profile and a payroll group.
  3. ValidateMissing IDs, dates and bank details are flagged before anything loads.
  4. LoadPer country, in its own wave.
  5. ReconcileHeadcount and balances signed off against the source.

Payroll, per country

Your payroll system stays. We map to it.

Each country keeps the payroll system it runs today. Komma’s pay items are mapped once to that system’s pay codes, and the migration is counted and reconciled per country.

Go-live

Seven checks. Then go.

Each country goes live on its own go/no-go. If one check is not green, the country moves to its fallback date — the others go ahead.
